I truly appreciate your response
May God bless us all

Have I used clomid befo?.... Mmmm... I see my circle every month... But some great mamas here...mirob n fumidable fummi ( God go bless dem two Wella) advised I use opk... Lol... I did... So I read dis ttc thread frm beginning to end... Again! Lots of people used clomid more... It worked for some... It didn't for others... lezotrole on d other hand... Worked too... But d side effects were bearable...( I fear medicine side effect pass winch, took one malaria injection one time so... My tongue come dey swell, big, pass my mouth, all my body itched including d soles of my feet)

So I opted to buy lezotrole... It's four grand for a card...will get it wen I map out my plans.. but I know God will come tru for us all

Honestly I have never used an ovulation kit before, I assumed once you get your period consistently then you ovulate. I guess we learn everyday, pls pardon my ignorance.

I will get an ovulation kit and test for ovulation this cycle, though i got a lot of slimy/creamy discharge last cycle since i used clomid but unfortunately my husband wasn't around...

Thank you so much for your reply..
Godbless

I had no fibroid prior to using clomid, that cycle I nearly had ectopic pregnancy just that God came through for me, on my next pelvic scan it got detected that I have fibroids about 2cm, that is what clomid does, so be careful while taking it, I suggest you ask your doctor to place you on supplements to improve your egg quality and take enough vegetables, if you can google seed cycling it’s also an advantage.
Good luck.

Goodday everyone, pls I really need help from experience moms, doctors from the house.
So I have been having difficulty getting pregnant for over a year now and I dont know what the problem is.

We just went for a hormonal profile test and semen test and my husband's result came back ok but my FSH level was 0.239(normal fsh at follicular.stage is 3.85).

The gynaecologist advised I come for IUI and billed me over 300k.
I dont have the money and I explained to a pharmacist who prescribed Clomid for me.

I have a very regular period (28days cycle) and I also ovulate (I guess). Pls someone should advice me on what next to do.

I took clomid last month for 5days (started on cycle day 2) but I wasn't with my husband during ovulation.because he traveled and was trapped during elections.
Now I want to repeat the clomid, should I increase the dose, or maintain the 50mg or avoid the clomid?
Pls advice me
Hi,I will advise you tread carefully with the use of Clomid. Its side effects are crazy and it causes cysts and fibroids.

Try letrozole instead,it's also works and it has little or no side effects.

Avoid clomid if you can, it comes with a lot of sides effects.clomid gave me fibroids despite the fact I was taking it under the guidance of my doctor.letrozole is better. Finally, don't allow any doctor to extort money from you cos most of them usually hope on TTC mother's to cash out.may God answer our prayers Soon.

True, the reason google health is a very good tool. Don't be scared of asking important questions and most importantly use elderly person as doctor, because they have experience.

It's wrong to use clomid when you have hormones imbalance... Besides these drugs aren't even safe

Hello mamas,
Please mothers with experience I need your help. My story goes thus:
I have been married since 2020, in 2021 I did several test which came out fine except HsG with 2 tubes blocked, I took Chinese tea n seraptetase for some months and did another Hsg which stated that one tube is opened. I was pregnant last year February, I was happy and filled with joy that the ttc journey is over but so sad I lost it after 3month with severe bleeding for 2month. Since then I have been trying to conceive again.
Note:
1. One fallopian is opened
2. Fibroids 3.6cm
Please I need your advice on necessary steps to take to conceive.
I will appreciate someone with similar experience who had breakthrough to reach me. 08101737075
Thanks

We just went for a hormonal profile test and semen test and my husband's result came back ok but my FSH level was 0.239(normal fsh at follicular.stage is 3.85). Low fsh is an indicator that something is wrong with your eggs, it could be egg quality, constantly seeing EWCM even after the ovulation window is your body’s several attempt to ovulate. My advice is for you to check your ovarian reserve first, (amh)then boost your egg quality, you can use green vegetable smoothies, coq10, omega 3, vitamins E and C( they are antioxidants against free radicals that affect the egg quality)

The gynaecologist advised I come for IUI and billed me over 300k.

Low fsh ( actually a hormonal imbalance) is an indicator that something is wrong with your eggs, it could be egg quality,or not ovulating at all, constantly seeing EWCM even after the ovulation window is your body’s several attempt to ovulate. ( still pointing at hormonal imbalance)
My advice is for you to check your ovarian reserve first, (amh)then boost your egg quality, you can use green vegetable smoothies, coq10, omega 3, vitamins E and C( they are antioxidants against free radicals that affect the egg quality). Please leave clomid for now oh, its side effects no be for here oh, speaking from experience.

Alright, it shows that the fibroids are outside of the womb, many women have conceived with this type of fibroid. I will encourage you to go on diet whether you are on the big side or not.
:Try and reduce sugary drinks so it doesn’t grow more than these,
:avoid refined flours like bread and the rest
: Take a cup of pure green tea each day
: Turmerric, garlic and ginger water at night.
: oat swallow instead of semo.
: green leaf smoothies

Above all pray to God. This kind of fibroid will shrink naturally once you stop giving it what it likes which is sugar.

qualitea, legend or any plain green tea without any addictives like strawberry, orange flavor.

For fertility smoothie: 3-4 green leaves ( ugu or pumpkin) 1 cucumber, 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 1 apple or avocado, moderate water, blend all and drink, you can take it as a main meal with 1or 2 boiled egg.
For the fallopian tube, please go through this thread. https://www.nairaland.com/749722/there-solution-blocked-tubes
