By late January I've never even used my eyes to see the new notes in Lagos asides from the #1000 note. So how do they expect other states and villages to access the money if Lagos was even behind.

The goofiness from most of his policies is just alarming. This same Nonsense India tried few years ago and it eroded growth in the economy and even worsened the actual things the Central Bank set out to curb. And mumu Emefiele still went ahead to do his rubbish. That guy deserves jail time walahi.
