Russia is superior to US in some aspects just as US is superior to Russia in some aspects. In a scenario of all out nuclear war between US and Russia, Russia will have an unmatched upper hand. When it comes to air superiority on the other hand, US can effortlessly flaw Russia's air power with their state of the art stealth technology. This is just a few projections in my own opinion.
In conclusion both countries pack capabilities to hurt each other militarily. None is by far superior to the other in all aspects of military might.

Their logistical capacity is that of China and Russia combined and more.
