Thank you

emekajacobogbon:
Let's stop the negative speech in terms of tribalism and bigotry in this forum, it will do us a greater favor if we refrain from it because I believe there is power in words.
Each word you speak to another person is a seed down in that person's heart and it will definitely germinate and blossom one day to give you back the fruits.
This forum has the potential of education, entertainment, news, etc for the good and relaxation of hardworking Nigerians, it is very painful to me to sometimes decided to take a break from work and come online to relax only to start hearing negative tribal and derogatory remarks about another person.
For those questioning my position to determine what is good and what is bad,
For those asking me to keep quiet coz I'm not GOD, Freedom of choice doesn't require one to be a God to exercise, it is a duty God delegated to mankind to have freedom to choose but the worst part is that what ever choice you make, you must face the consequences.
So it's for your own good to make a positive choice.
The society can only regulate and enforce positive behavior to an extent but it lies on each individual to make the world a better place by making positive choices

Still bringing Tinubu into the mix? Why is it Tinubu supporters don't mention his so-called work experience at Deloitte these days? Could it be because Deloitte say he never worked with them?

Anyway, Tinubu isn't the topic here. You can vote for anyone you want. But the scaremongering about rejecting Sanwo-olu has to stop. If Sanwo-olu is voted out, the heavens will not fall. Life will go on!

Sanwo-olu is more of the same old, same old stuff. He doesn't have any new fresh solutions that actually work. A vote for sanwo-olu is a vote for the same old 'agbero' nonsense and the endless traffic that these same agberos profit from - every day.

A vote for sanwo-olu is a vote for really terrible roads. Thos living in Sangotedo, Awoyaya etc. can testify.

Sanwo-olu is not the answer.

Someone asked a question of what experience Tinubu had outside politics before becoming Governor of Lagos State...and that necessitated my response.

It's good you read the trail messages before commenting.

So the other candidates are not doing anything at the moment?

The conversation bothers on GRV..

For me, based on experience, Funsho Doherty and Sanwoolu are a good fit.

Stay safe that's what she imply

kuntash:

You are saying this with a very deceitful mindset obviously..

It's not DIFFERENT from what the touts in Lagos would say ...

How many states in Nigeria have been tipped for violence prone if not Lagos and maybe Rivers ?

You are saying this simply to discourage lagosions from trooping out to vote out godfatherism , corrupt structures and evil.

I helped you in your spelling and your are still making another one dose it mean APC Lagos branch supporters don't know how to spell or what, and why are your using LP's catch phrase, why not Emi lokan or balablu?

I did read the messages. smiley

I also did what needed to be done - and that was to point out the contradictions (some would say outright lies) and gaping holes in the education and work experience of BAT.

And kindly get your facts right. Tinubu was never a director at Mobil Nigeria (as it was then known). He was the company Treasurer.

Thank you for the correction....What level of expertise can you put a former Treasurer of Mobil in civil service
Your guess is as good as mine.

The bane of argument is, Sanwoolu and Funsho Doherty have enough experience to govern Lagos..

GRV is not on that pedestal..

For this singular reason, Sanwoolu or Funsho Doherty should be voted.

To avoid experimental Governor of GRV..it's better all votes of every sane Lagosian should go to Sanwoolu

As a journalist I believe every individual has the right to express themselves check back the right of every human

If you don't like the thread skip it

Bluntemperor:
The OP and His Obsessed Questions:
OP and the entire crew of Nairaland Forum, you are indirectly offending the very purpose of this election,by this your inability to know the difference between the Law and People 's liberty,as you have now usurp the umpire role of an electoral body, which falsely, you are Not an INEC but you have indirectly ursurp that Power by your uncontrollable appetite to do so through nonchalant in your Forum!
You must be responsible agent by not allowing your Forum to denigrate into abyss through irresponsible journalism as, freedom has a limit- for your Forum is negatively affecting the other Nigerian Freedom to choose their leaders without interference, which you have done here, through the OP, damning questions, which you ought to stop abnitio!
You ought to know better, for one man's meat is another's man's poison!
You should be guided by the Journalism and Social Media ethics of TRUTH, Fairness and Equity and do the correct thin, where needed!
Honestly, this question is unacceptable to Nigerians in a Voting Governorship Election Day like this and is an indirect interference in our Political Process and should have been be flagged down!

If experience is the consideration APC candidate stands out from the lot. The guy is highly experienced. However, those who still don't want him can vote as they wish...it cannot stop him taking Lagos further.
adioolayi:

He was a top technocrat ...a top Director at one of the best oil company in the world.

GRV does not have any top level experience...it's dangerous, we can't experiment Lagos Economy with such.

Don't be pushed by emotions ..Vote Sanwoolu for second term
