DontBullshitMe: Accept it to begin with for peace and respect's sake. Calling Lagos a "No man's land" is a devious attempt at erasing the identities and heritage of its indigenes. A man is nothing without his identity. He feels less without his roots. There's a reason Black Americans and other displaced blacks from world over spend a lot on genealogy just for the satisfaction of knowing they have a source. Two truths can exist: - You can condemn the violence in Lagos, and; - Outrightly condemn any attempts to erase the heritage of Lagos indigenes. 5 Likes 1 Share |

I genuinely want LP to win both Abia and Enugu, the two states deserve good governance. Abia especially need it more.... since 1999! Kilode. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by OasisX: 5:00pm On Mar 20, 2023 |
Omoh....... if LP win Abia and Enugu, that means PDP is dead at last in the Region. |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 5:00pm On Mar 20, 2023 |
OasisX: Abia is a done deal. I would have preferred that PDP guy though. He has a better portfolio than this Edeoga guy But then, GEJ was a professor. See how we ended |

izzou: ..... they should collapse Structures with APGA and let Obi be the National Leader. If they all deliver well, winning beyond the Region, especially some States in NC won't be an impossible task. |

izzou: Tinubu used to be National Leader too unitil he wins the presidential election. Obi shouldn't let the mometum eludes him. He has got to cook and start working across the states. He can't rely on Obidients Movement cos its simply like all these BBN fans Movements, they die naturally. 3 Likes |

People will see this and agree instead of knowing it is a lie.. Why?? Because it already feeds into their bias. Same way with the people that talk and use this "no man's land" talk to justify anything

So mr Seun is apologising to the Igbo people of nigeria for allowing a toxic political banner on nairaland which says "Lagos will not be ruled from Anambra".. He's donating 32k to the victims of political violence in Lagos. |

KingTom:Rochas did well in his first tenure. Very well. But the people didn't want him for second tenure because of most people then were of the opinion that he was not a technocrat, he didn't follow due process, and they didn't trust his source of wealth. They saw him as a political 419 and his defection to APC from APGA, he did so by sacking his deputy who was the reason he got the APGA ticket. But he did quite well to be honest. His second tenure he won through rigging I can say and the inability of PDP to keep their house together, he punished the state with the most terrible government ever experienced. Imo people then rejected him and his anointed successor who happened to be his son in law. They also resisted him but there were no preferred candidate which gave the APC room to manipulate things. And then the Supreme Court happened. So it was not like Hope was chosen, he was more like imposed. He didn't even campaign. Most people didn't even know he was contesting until the case started going to court. Truly Hope would not stand a chance if he competed with any person. I summary apart from Udenwa and Rochas first tenure, Imo state has never elected their governor since 1999. 1 Like |
