A friend rented a self con in ketu ,rent is 435k total package 700k ,do these people even have conscience
Is this not extortion??
Are they not supposed to look into these things

I usually wonder why these landlords give their houses to all these agents self to milk people

Sometimes all you need to do is ensure you avoid paying the agreement and commission especially if you aren't in a hurry.
I got an apartment recently and one agent was going to charge me close to 350k extra for just a room and parlor self contain. I was lucky I already had eyes on someone's apartment for a few months. He just renewed the rent on my behalf and that was it. I could have spent close to 900k if not for this guy. Then again, location matters.

depends on the side. There use to be very staeady light in the side i feel is more secure but they had switched it to ikorodu lines so no much light. Apart from the market its relatively fine

Rent is not the problem it's the stupid money they add on top that is almost equivalent to your rent
