A state in Nigeria has a capital, a governor, a state house of assembly, share revenue with the Federal govt but Abuja did not have any of this, infact we just finished state governor and state assembly election and Abuja is not inclusive so Abuja is not a state in Nigeria but a Teritory, Nieria has 36 state and the FCT

I'm saying the section 299 doesn't add special to it's description. Simple! There's no need for this long epistle. The status of state given to the fct by section 299 is for constitutional purposes not for structural purposes. After the court judgement we talk more on this.
