In my opinion,Seun himself is bias because he was pushing GRV to become governor instead of being neutral .

If your subordinate see something and try to make suggestions or hold back a little,you don’t override their judgement because of your position,a real leader will take a step back and try to see from another angle if his decision is right or wrong .
