My biometric was 23rd March 2023, I haven't gotten any BRP mail yet. I am just positive the visa was successful. My dependent still haven't gotten a reply about their passport

Hello guys , Can a tier 4 student switching to tier 2 care visa use CAS as proof of English or it’s a must to write ielts or NARIC ??

If u have graduated with the UK degree ...ur degree is enough proof of English ...

If u have not...u will need NARiC or IELTS

Please guys my degree is in coloured and same as my English proficiency letter from university, but my transcripts is black and white with student copy written on it. But it’s was stamped twice on each page please can I use this for Ecctis. Please I need a response for does who has done or anyone with idea please don’t ignore.

U can't know until u send it....the good thing is NARIC will check ur document before asking u to pay ...if ur document is not okay for them .. Dem go tell u make u dey carry ur wahala go before making any payment..

Who is assuming it?? ... Where did u see the requirement?? Or u just feel it should be so..
Have u seen language requirement for the visa the person is applying for before saying CAS is an alternative?? U just wan mislead person for no reason

Anyways..no be my money Dem go use pay for the visa if them deny the guy..

My biometric was January 23 as a dependat. i have not received brp or pick up mail till now after 2 paid mail. My partner is already in the uk

Reply the email they sent you and tell them you are still waiting for their response. They will escalate it for you and within 7 days you will receive a reply either with additional documents or visa approval. They replied my wife for additional document / explaination because since Feb 8 they just sent NSF mail without additional document requested.

So after sending paid mail twice and replying to the email they said they would escalate it and got a reply yesterday.

I believe people that applied late January and early February are in this Shoes seems most of they staffs went on leave so they abdoned the application. All March applicant have gotten replies.

So be prepared to for your Visa or additional documents requested that's after the staffs must be escalated it.

My candidate got her emails in the following order: 1st March - TLS collection email, 3rd March - BRP email and then passport courier 2 days later. From previous posts you’ll see that a number of people got the TLS collection email before the BRP email.

Congratulations your visa has been approved. If it was denial they would have sent you an email to that.
By tomorrow you should get a new mail.

I’m still a student ,I will be done with dissertation by May ..Do you suggest CAS is enough as a proof of English proficiency

Stop giving false information when it comes to people's life base on your feelings without any proof. It's either a degree certified by naric or ielts.

Choose assisted service na? Why u wan worry urself. Actually, dates for assisted service are quite closer than self service. If u still insist on self service then check later dates.

How can someone apply for ATAS certificate as a Health care support worker? Since it is on the CoS.
The employer was contacted & promised to write a sponsors note.
It was written on the new CoS but not convinced they really changed it from SMS data base because the sponsors note can be deleted and editable on the PDF sent to us without using any PDF edit software

It will be dependent on their internet protocol. If someone does it for them from the uk, they will pay strt up before it will be checked

The last Naric i did for someone.... not fast track though... All document was submitted before payment was demanded after 4 days

Your transcript has to be in coloured
If not they will reject it

The last time I checked, Ecctis was still accepting Student copy of transcripts, whether in colour or not, provided it's colour-stamped & signed by your university authority. And they usually check your uploaded docs to advise if they can accept them or not, before you make payment, unless they changed their mode of operation recently.
