Again, I say it that Poch doesn't have the balls, or should I say, he just doesn't have the right CV to actually take on bold moves. I mean, superstars will listen to coaches that have won tangible trophies and accolades in the past as against someone who is tryna use them to her his name on the map. Forger his stints at Spurs, in the grand scheme of things, Poch is highly inconsequential, hence the reason behind his dangling balls.

Someone that will take off Havertz for passing instead of shooting and bench him for weeks, someone that will bench cucumber for like 2 weeks if he ever passes back again, someone that will send Ziyech to feeder team if his attitude is poor. is it about the age or D mentality, Mourinho was about 40yrs when he managed Chelsea, Pep was roughly the same age when he managed Barcelona.

Nagelsmann too dey change formation and he plays through the middle, then him having issues with Bayern players was another thing that didn't help him with the state of Chelsea he has to have an extremely strong mentally to get the players winning
