Someone that will take off Havertz for passing instead of shooting and bench him for weeks, someone that will bench cucumber for like 2 weeks if he ever passes back again, someone that will send Ziyech to feeder team if his attitude is poor. Someone that will sub sterling or stop playing him if he gets confused in a game.

Chelsea need a manager that will make the players fight for every ball and win the game, and not looking confused like they don't have or forget game plan

Pochettino has balls. You cannot teach an old dog new tricks. This is what I mean by power differential. Neymar, Messi and Mbappe are more powerful than any PSG manager, so you can't implement modern tactics with them

Same issue we would soon be having at Chelsea with players on humongous 7 year contract. Once attempting to discipline the player could lead to a big write-off, the player becomes bigger than the manager.

As far as I am concerned, managers losing the dressing room happens almost as frequently as managers getting hired.

While it should be a concerning metric, I don't think it should a metric with which to NOT hire a manager.

Apart from Sir Alex, Wenger and maybe Pep, you will struggle to name a manager who has managed for a decent number of years, and this has not happened to within the last 3 decades. So I don't understand why this keeps coming up.

This is why I am not troubled by Nagelsmann. Plus in my own unpopular zone, I am always biased towards a seriously tactical manager who is willing to play a back 3. Nagelsmann also brings the high-octane, insane pressing, style and domination football to his back 3.

So for me, it's Nagelsmann, then Amorim. And then the back four managers Pochettino and Enrique in that order .
