for a population the size of Nigeria, you can measure even as little as 14k person's to make estimates on the entire population. It's why in the screenshot you posted they said you can measure as little as 1k person's from a population of 200k and it won't make any difference going higher. Most persons would typically go above what the formula stipulates to be really safe.
