And if America doesn’t change their approach then it’s inevitable that Africa would dump them for china in the long run especially if China tells them to do so.

China is hell bent on overthrowing America as the foremost global superpower. One of their strategies for doing so is diminishing Anerica’s influence in the 3rd world. They are getting very successful at that.
