Nothing concern INEC with verification of documents submitted to it. It is the work and duty of political party to do due diligence on their aspirants before fielding them as candidates. The supreme court had handicap them for long. They have no right to disqualify any candidate any more. It was during OBJ that INEC was disqualifying candidates but the law is now against them on that. If the party refused to do what is expected, opponent capitalize on the error in court.
