Just reflected back on 2020. What a terrible year. I almost forgot how bad it was. Speaks to our collective resiliency. I'm sure everyone in the US knows someone who had passed because of Covid.

2020, 2021 scary years! Cant forget - looking back....just enjoying the memories of a trip to LV for the new year abt three months back.
Interesting thing was that I was so sick on getting back from that vacation. I think it was flu- it was bad but got better and then few weeks later " breaking News"

My initial reactions. Part of the argument is that since Mark Pomerantz wrote a book about Trump's indictment subpoenaing him is fair ground. How will a Trump judge or any judge for that matter rule? I can see them allowing the subpoena but only allowing it to focus on the details in the book. Also, this is probably going to go all the way to the Supreme Court. Will that process complete before Trump's trial does?

He can't charge him for obstruction of justice for holding a House hearing. At least that's how I read the constitution.
