Nothing to be worried about,just explain to them that it's just an oversight,since subsequent one has been approved,and you have been to Canada after that without overstay..It's just a letter of explanation.

Hello, please take your time with your response and respond accurately. There is no harm in mentioning your previous visas and perhaps state that was the reason you forgot the previous refusal. All the best.

Admit to that and explain with a very detailed reason why it was missed. You can explain that you have applied and received canada visa in the past and you did disclose those refusals in the application.

Take PFL very seriously. You might receive a 5years ban if not answered satisfactorily.

I thought as much. Did you receive a correspondence on BVL recently again

1.)put two photocopies of your passport data page(coloured)
2.)your yellow or white biometric strip(if you have misplaced these paper go to VFS so theyll sort you out). If you dont have the slip you can still send it regardless or you can add the BVL(biometric validation letter)
3.)Passport request letter
4.)1 copy of the consent form downloaded and signed( note u are filling and signing just the second page of your consent form)
3.)the passport itself
4.)one plain sheet of paper where you can write your Name, address, Email, phone number and signature
5.)one coloured copy of the receipt of the transmission fee payment
