To collect study materials is not difficult once you register for it then it means u have paid for it, that does not concern study centre , just take your registration slip to the study centre and tell them u want to collect material, u are the owner of the money u use to register they are there to help u instead of going to headquarter in Lagos. If they tell u that the materials are not available just go online and download it. If u don't know the link call me on 07066369302 i am here to help u, if u can't do it tell me to help u search for the material i will give u at a ridiculous price .According to NOUN each 2 Credit unit cost #2000 and 3 credit unit cost #2500 but i will give u at the rate of #1000 whatever the pages. In a situation where the NOUN did not get the material on net, i will assist u to get the material u can read and pass. What else. Those students that complaining that NOUN is taking long time they are the one that are wasting their time. To be continued in few minutes |

Now, let me give u a practical example, so that u can understand better. I did M.Ed. Admin & Planning in which NOUN stipulated that 30 credits units is require to graduate and i did 49 credits unit and pass all and asked them what remain. U can see that nobody can challenge me whether i have finished or not. Another example Diploma programme will take 4 semester according to NOUN but a serious minded person like one of my student break the courses to 2 which means he will spend 2 semester provided he can read and pass all compulsory course. |

project will come at the end of the course, while IT has duration, as soon as you complete one section of IT begin the second one, if your study centre failed to give log book, u can improvise or just buy a big note and draw the line what concern NOUN is that u must give evidence of attendance and submit the necessary report. |

It looks like you are in Bsc. Computer Science Final year. No penalty oh. They are happy seeing me moving on. Am graduating this semester after 5 semesters. Am doing all my year 4 courses in this first semester. No problems! I did my 200L second semester courses alongside all but 3 of 300L courses last Semester (We are expecting the results now-total of 15, u know CIT289 is not examinable). This semester has 18 courses and it is my 5th and final semester. There're 3 non-examinables. One is IT-CIT389 which you will have to do the report book yourself.I did that of CIT289 and for my mates then. I have got a sample if u want. The second one is CIT403-Seminar. Just pick an emerging technology and write on. I picked Facial recognition. The last non-examinable course is my project. All the materials are on their site. The only physical material I got was my project guide book. Most of the materials are not physically available. Your study center will look at the courses you registered, clear you and you go to the library and see what they have. They don't have much in Jos. However, I do not worry! |

Yeah am required to amass 120units. I have 145 (I added some electives that will enrich my knowledge and transcript) and I will be done next March. That will be after 5 Semesters instead of a possible 8. |

Do you have ITs in your portal? IT1 is CIT289-Typical activities of a Computer Center and IT2 is CIT389-Typical happenings in a cybercafe. Each covers 3months, although if you register both at the same time-you do them concurrently. Am not in Communication Dept. I guess you have mates and those ahead of you. |

i have check that registrable courses and i discover it contain 30 credit unit but i think is suppose to be more than that, but from my experience i will say just work toward 45, so if it is less u will be rest assure that u have cover the require amount of credit unit. 1 Like |
