Since you have tried the hospital and no positive change, obviously this is a spiritual case. Dandruff doesn't get this bad.
Please take him to Winners Chapel to see a pastor , with regular use of anointing oil and taking communion whatever it is will let go of him

ok, I'll do that, hopefully this works. I'm exhausted already trying different things, if me the caregiver is getting exhausted, I can only imagine how he feels. I won't give up on him...thank u for ur contribution, I appreciate.

Visit a dermatologist.
In the meantime, buy a personal clipper amd personal disinfectants. He must stop using public hair clip at the barber's henceforth.
My cousin head finish that year catch one head scalp infection similar to this, from the barber's barbing saloon shop. They used the clip for haircut on a previous customer with the infection and whether barber no disinfect wella o, dunno.
My cousin head picked the infection . E head scatter finish. 2years plus wewere still treating.

This looks more cancerous than dandruff. Visiting a good hospital regardless of cost is recommended. Plus It was neglected and allowed to fester at earliest stage. Hope you get a good news from a qualified practitioner, and not these jokes of pure honey and Dangote sugar suggestions.

Have you tried palmkennel oil.?
Get palmkennel, roast it to get the oil out of it, them apply it continually

It happened to me and it disappeared with age. So, as your kid grows, that thing will go away.

You can try herbal remedy like osan wewe (those small oranges that never get big). It's a very strong remedy.

When I say palm kennel I mean the seed inside the kennel , don't know if I'm making sense.

this thing is not dandruff o pls, Nigerian doctors from low budget hospital will always misdiagnosed you, please and stop everything drugs tablets and antibiotics you are using for now cos its making it worse your son brain can even rot from the inside if this gets out of hand.

Pls change his diet to majorly fruits and vegetables. Also buy Cacatin herbal hair cream for him.

u are the one that wants to kill him not dandruff. we all know dandruff is an external issue caused by dry scalp and skin so why are u giving him all manners of tablets abd drugs to consume?

creating more problems from a lesser problems or don't u know drugs have side effects? and for a kid it can be worse? who prescribed such drugs to ur kid because of simple dandruff?
unless what ur calling dandruff is something else like a more serious skin infection because dandruff is not that serious.

for sm1 to taste his soap on his tongue means his scalp is open or soar and hyper sensitive. The skin on the scalp needs to heal.

u also don't put very corrosive creams on the scalp all at once without giving it time to restore itself bt I know u will cos u are too in a hurry and very desperate.
