Even the nature you're talking about, America has more planned natural living spaces in the surburbs than anywhere in Africa.

Even the 4-10 storey buildings are all over the US. Nicely planned. You mostly have skyscrapers downtown. Miami is what African cities should have looked like if the vision and effort was there. Besides Miami downtown, there are lots of tropical nature and Palm trees within low rise buildings in the city.
