Multinational paying 350k can ask you to go anytime. No job guarantee. However, you can do some useful things with that money. If it were my younger brother, I would say take the polytechnic job and leverage on other opportunities it presents like part time consulting, setting up a profitable business within the campus community and maybe even agriculture.

Even in the future, you can go lecture abroad if that tickles your fancy.

Perhaps, the biggest advantage is that you can apply to multinationals that will pay you multiples of N350k in the future without the pressure of entry level.
