I met a Sudanese in Pretoria several years ago at an EU summit, since then we have been friends. I know how most African countries operate.

They worked with Nigerian Foreign mission. The statistics is just those Nigerians captured in their database and the classification into regions will be done by Nigerian mission in Khartoum. Some Northern States have bilateral relationship and agreement with Sudan for decades. The names and States of origin released by Sudanese agency are used for the breakdown.

It is a global practice done everywhere.

That list is very informative. Judging by the insults and assaults against Northern Muslims on Social Media for going to Sudan and the oppressive statements made against them when Air Peace offered to help, that list came at the right time.
