Collateral is too much usually unless it's 6-7 figure Jobs cos the risk for the Employers are huge but bellow that usually they use Guarantors who can provide an asset as collateral or the Guarantors sign and agreement where they are the ones responsible for any loss the employer might include through the Employee. |

Kobicove: Stop being scared.... Bond is not slavery. Most bonds are not even enforceable but ignorance and fear has continued to make employees to remain in toxic work places A lot of those bonds were prepared illegally for the following reasons: 1) Bonds should not be for profit 2) Bonds should not stop your allowance, promotions and other entitlement from your employer 3) Bonds should be signed a specific training that can be quantified 4) Bonds should be signed before the training is commenced 5) Bonds should not exceed 5 years 6) Once an employer stops paying the salaries of an employee, then that employee is not under obligation to respect any bond 7) An employer cannot cannot harass, insult, intimidate or molest and employee just because the employee signed a bond etc 2 Likes |
