Organ trafficking is a serious crime in most countries.in the world. Dont go about breaking other people's law and then turn around to say the punishment is too harsh.

The fact that the sentencing guideline came out days ago before the day of sentencing is the biggest story here...UK has leaks in their judicial system. I am actually very surprised to see that, and the purported sentencing matched what was actually handed out to the defendant.
