See the number of people viewing this thread.

This is not the first time someone is filing a petition challenging the victory of a presidential outcome. All those ones didn't get much attention but you see this one. There is so much attention on it.

The peter obi effect. grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

Following the motion for withdrawal by the Action Alliance and her Candidate, Solomon David Okanigbuan against INEC, Tinubu, APC and Hamza Al-Mustapha, the tribunal will be saddled with the responsibility of dismissing same first before sitting on the four (4) Petitions listed in no order of importance.

1. Action People's Party v. Bola Tinubu, APC & INEC (CA/PEPC/02/2023)

2. Peter Gregory Obi & LP v. INEC, Tinubu, APC & Kassim Shettima (CA/PEPC/03/2023)

3. Allied People's Movement v. INEC, APC, Tinubu, Shettima & Kabiru Masari (CA/PEPC/04/2023)

4. Atiku Abubakar & PDP v. Bola Tinubu, APC & INEC (CA/PEPC/05/2023)

The President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Monica Bol'nan Dongban-Mensem is expected to name the 5-man panel to preside over the petitions.
Na Obi's case them go first dismiss

I have been hearing that this election was rigged or someone mandate stolen, even if though there is evidence of violence and councellation of votes in some hand fetched polling units, no one either here or in any media have ever posted a contradiction from Inec portal on his polling unit so far.
Cases of Inec not fulfilling their expections and short becomings of same Inec befor and during elections was unlawful to hold election talk more of declaring a winner.
But in election process No party ever have shown us to validate the facts of the difference if any contrary returns from returning officer with their claims aside that the figures are overrated.

So today, let's watch and let these lawyers expecially the jury to do their work , what so ever faith with it lets seal our mouth go back to our praying and hoping for a better governance.
