Either way the court decided to use is cool.

But then, if Atiku clams His excellency Bola Tinubu shouldnt have been returned elect on grounds that he didnt have 25% valid vote cast in FCT and as such should not be declared winner.

When he clams that Tinubu doesnt have 25% and should not be return elected, and instead he should be, when himself also doesnt have same 25% vote from same FCT, then on this note i think Atiku needs an urgent medical attention.

The request will be turned down. The rejection of such application will send a strong signal to the fact that the Judges can not be bullied by any of the parties.

Rather it will show that the person declared as winner by INEC actually won or otherwise.
If you are afraid of the tribunal proceedings being shown for the world to see, it only means something: you are sure your candidate stole an election he didn't win.

Court are guided by constitution and that is the only reason court needs to thrash Atiku request.
You want them to televise it so that Obedient will start going to judges social media pages to threaten, bully and insults the judges

Nigeria was not born yesterday, and before now we've had almost all presidential elections end up in tribunal, only GEJ broke that jink, as a matter of fact none was televised .. so why must "justice" now be dependant on telecast, will the complainants not be in court to have a 1st hand experience, is atiku or Peter obi a novice in tribunal matters.
In the world how many elections result get to tribunal not to talk of broadcasting it live, care to share video references pls.

The judiciary are binded by the constitution not atiku or people's view ... if you want court hearing to be televised across the world as if the world does not have a enough problem on its plate, the next adminstration should be compelled to re visit electoral reforms and enact tele broadcast of tribunal cases. then it becomes the right thing to do.
