This fintech company is having issues transferring to other banks since Thursday last week.
Millions of their customers are in a state of confusion right now.

Is Carbon having issues NIBSS?
Are they having issues with CBN?
Is it a technical glitch or security issues?
What about our money?
When likely will this be resolved?

The getcarbon support team are even making matters worse, they keep apologizing by sending same mail to their customers since Thursday, no valid update.

Carbon keeps sending emails to me to repay my loan when I don't even have a carbon app and account..
They are really threatening me that they will lien my BVN, what can I do?

And I tried sending money to the account number they said belongs to me, surprisingly, it brought out my name whereas I never opened any account with them.
