What did I say wrong? I said that the regulations established by INEC before the election- use of BVAS to accredit voters and transmit vote results through the BVAS to INEC IREV Portal in real time - must be adhered to in determining who truly won the last presidential election.
But it's like you want the old method where ballot papers are thumbprinted in secret locations considering the number of voters registered in the wards the particular political party wanted to rig. Election fraud completed. Fraudulent results conveyed to INEC Office. Fraudulent results announced in favour of the political party that perpetuated the fraud of mass thumbprint on ballot papers. 2, 5 , 10 ?
If politician knows for certain that over voting will truncate opponents victory,
they will start planning for it.
The courts has to draw the line somewhere and look at the margin of victory.

The victory here is not for Adeleke but for INEC which Adeleke was just a beneficiary. INEC tried to defend her integrity and Adeleke that was earlier announced as winner as not being a mistake. With this win for INEC which Adeleke has benefited, it means INEC will also win presidential court case of which Tinubu will be beneficiary like that of Adeleke. INEC will like to defend her integrity by dwelling on Bvas data source which will favour INEC and Tinubu. The remaining personal charges against Tinubu holds no water. There's nothing like over voting with BVAS cos it's only names of registered voters on the BVAS that are allowed to vote. So if there was any manipulated over voting you simply refer to the valid voters on the Voters register in that unit and do away with those not on the list./BVAS

No saner Nigerian is ready to stick to the old method where ballot papers would be thumbprinted in a private place for a political party considering the number of registered voters in the wards where the political party
