It's actually N5m. We later corrected something in the cement cost. Sloping land costs a lot to work on.

1. Cost effectiveness, this type of roof is cheaper to do, but some says the beauty of the roof is now hidden from public view.

The coping on the top of the parapet wall is for effects, a design that adds to the beauty, plus a way to shift the water dropping line away from the side of the wall.
