A001:

You're contradicting yourself. Just a while ago, you said Olorun is not in Ifa. Now you said it's there.

Olorun Olodumare is the name of the Supreme God in Yoruba culture. Isese adherents pray in Olorun's name.

Olorun is not a title. Not all all.

It's a specific name, and that's why no one else can bear Olorun.

Anyone can claim to be God, which is a title.

People that erroneously call Olorun a title are the same that say Olorun is the same as Allah and Yahweh. They all mean God Almighty.

That's a confusion of the highest order.

I don't confuse things. There was never a time I called Sango the Supreme God in any of my posts.

Where your confusion stems from is, I categorise all entities worshipped in religions as gods of religion, whether the major or chief gods such as Olorun Olodumare, Atum, Allah, Yahweh or the lesser gods such as Orunmila, Sango, and others.

You're preaching to the choir.

Go back to the first post I made, I'm telling you Olorun is not the name of the Supreme God of the Yoruba culture, it is Olodumare.

Olorun is a title used and not the name of the Supreme being. That one thing you are mixing up.

I know this because we have confirm IFA worshippers from my maternal side.

But I did that for about a week on this thread.

I was highlighting soo many irregularities that took place across the different states that showed Obi being rigged in those units. His numbers erased while the opponents were increased.

Well, here are some again, in Lagos ebonyi and imo.
Abi you want us to believe that what happened in rivers was only in rivers state??

Is this all you got from how many states you mentioned? And I'm still waiting to see the discrepancies

Later on, I will calm down and post many more here.

But I want to understand something, are you saying that apart from rivers state, there was no rigging in other states??

Larride that's a very important question.

Do you genuinely believe that rivers state is the only state where election results were rigged and nothing of the sort happened in other states??

At the centre of the discussion, TheCable understands, was the potential involvement of Kwankwaso in the in-coming administration as Tinubu plans to form a “government of national unity” — which means giving certain positions to opposition parties.

The meeting also discussed issues around the election of the legislative leaders ahead of the June 13 inauguration of the 10th national assembly.

Go back to the first post I made, I'm telling you Olorun is not the name of the Supreme God of the Yoruba culture, it is Olodumare.

I know this because we have confirm IFA worshippers from my maternal side.
In Isese, the Supreme God has three manifestations known as Olodumare, Olorun, and Olofin. The Odu Ifa literary corpus explains the three words, which are the names of the Supreme God in Yoruba.

As I said before, people that call Olorun a title are the same that say Olorun is the same as Allah and Jehovah. They say Olorun, Allah, Jehovah means God. That's a fallacy and very wrong.

Olorun is the name of the Supreme Being or God in Yoruba culture.

Allah is the name of the Supreme God in Arabic culture. Do you know the meaning of Bismillah that Muslims open their prayers with?

Jehovah is the name of the Supreme Being in Israeli culture.

Olorun is starkly different from Allah and Jehovah.

Olorun, Allah, and Yahweh are specific names, but God is a title.

Different entities have said they're God in history. But there's only one Olorun Olodumare, only one Allah, only one Yahweh.

Some people can form a religion tomorrow and say the name of their own Supreme God is Flying Spaghetti Monster (FSM). One is a name (FSM); the other is a title (God).

Boss A0001, you mean that Abasi, Oghene, Osa et al where different beings who walked the earth centuries ago?
Not centuries ago, but the beginning of life on this planet. They're ETs, cosmocreators, and spacefarers that designed early humans and taught them languages and cultures. Those early humans, which paganists worship as deities today, passed down the stories of Olorun, Abasi, Oghene, Chukwu, Atum, Allah, Yahweh, Mazda, Thor, Ohmorihi, El, Enki, Enlil from one generation to the other as the Creator God in various cultures.

For instance, Olorun was the extraterrestrial (a spacefarer) who created early humans (giants) in what's called Yorubaland today. These early humans were created in Olorun's image using advanced consciousness science and advanced genetics.

Olorun ruled the land as an ancient king, created early humans primarily to serve him as slaves, and told those humans he's the Supreme God. Yorubas call themselves eru Olorun (Olorun's slaves) as was taught to the early humans (the progenitors) from the beginning of time in Yorubaland, and this teaching was passed down from generation to generation.

Atum, Allah, Yahweh, Chukwu, Abassi, Luna, Ojo, Ohmorihi did the same thing in their respective lands, with each claiming to be Supreme God to the humans they created as slaves.

In his book of history, Otem explains how Olorun traveled to the Earth from space:

"And around Niger, some gods flew to possess the lands. And they were called Abassi, Chuku, Olorun, Oghene and hundreds of others. And they dwelled on the mountaintops until they got their children and until their children had become of age. And they would let their children down by chains or by ladders from the mountaintops and hills.

"Now in the land where Olorun had chosen to stay, he stood on a mountain and dwelt there until he had his children. And two of them, namely Obatala, the first of them, and Odua, the second, began to demand of their parents that it was time for them to go to the earth below. And Olorun said, should I let you down like the eagles let down their eaglets?"

Then did Odua reply, saying, father, we have no wings to fly, how then shall you cast us down like the eaglets? Let us go with the chain rather, for I fear for my life.

"And Obatala said, he is not strong enough. Father, you can let me down and I shall stand on my feet as soon as my feet touch the ground. Then Olorun smiled and said, go with the chains, because I cannot risk losing you both the same day. And Olorun tied the chain to a metal object nailed into the mountain and let down the chain.

Then he gave them some tepexes of the soil. Now the two children descended with the chains and began to spread the tepex on the ground. And the air mixed with the tepex to form many living beings. And they began to spread within their lands. And the gods taught them languages and geography, making them to believe that the whole earth was all they had seen."

I would have shared related excerpts from other relevant books I've read, but the post will be too long.

Now, this story has a lot of depth by the time you read the histories and etymologies in other parts of the book.

For instance, after Atum had ruled over ancient Egpyt and created early humans as slaves who saw him as the Supreme God, he left the Earth. In the homo sapiens era, he reincarnated as a homo sapien called Otem in what's modern-day Luxembourg now and narrated some histories the guy we call Otem on Nairaland told in his book.

"Otem" and "Atum" are common names in places around Luxembourg. They're Old High Germanic words, and "Otem" means "breath". Otem is actually a very old word, being the base of totem.

You may not believe this, but the vast majority of the histories of humans on Earth are lost. Recorded history only accounts for a tiny percentage.

Note: The attached picture is Oduduwa or Odua. The first Odua was a nephilim (a giant). He reincarnated in the homo sapiens era (the attached photo).

A0001, omo, this is deep. So, how did Olorun and the others that flew to Niger come about?

Abi they came from Nothing?

How can I dive deeper into this rabbit hole?
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by liveLongNprospa(m): 2:35pm On May 16, 2023
This is our reality as Nigerians.

Do you know what led to this reality??
No just guess..
Guess..
Don't be shy.

Okay let me help you..
It is election that led to it.
People looked at buhari and voted him and then said "move on, there's life, don't complain"
No grudges no consistent reminder and now we have a chance to at the very least correct that mistake.
Let us voice out the madness and still complain about the elections.

If you Don tire to complain then allow who never tire make e continue.

To the best of my knowledge and understanding, they're elements of the Universe.

According to Otem, his sources (Atum and other gods that gave the histories to him) said their source/origin does not have a specific form or name or religion. It's a Great Source of Energy (not meant to be worshipped) and its consciousness exists in the brain of all humans and is part of all living and non-things.

It's more or less a system containing all things in existence. But personally, I'm agnostic about God.

I don't send books to nlers.

If Otem was still coming to Nairaland, he'd have sent his book to you. But it seems he has departed Nairaland for good.

You may find his email in one of his posts and contact him to get a copy. He seldom replies emails. 2019 was the last time he replied my own email.

Or you may find Zecharia Sitchin's books, Sumerian Tablets, online on sites like https://www.sacred-texts.com/
