I don't think the Reds midfield is that poor. Thiago, Fabinho, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Kieta doesn't look too bad on paper.

He also stands a better chance with the USMNT than ours because of the plethora of strikers available to us ( Osimhen, Moffi, Sadiq, Awoniyi) and some others who haven't even had a chance like Akpom, Orban, Okereke and Boniface. Beg to disagree your midfield might not be the best but definitely not worse than chelsea or newcastle.

Chelsea that their attack and goalkeeping sections are a joke. The only area of their squad that was capable of winning the league is their defense.
