I can tell you for free that, this won’t be possible in the next 200 years.
Ordinary definition of medical terms, you can’t get online.

Some of them are not even knowledgeable enough as doctors... they just like to complain to fill important. I know one that always refers people to Google on every question and yet brags that he's an expat..

It is the responsibility of the government to ensure the safety of lives and properties.
The British government ones temporary replaced striking medical workers with military personnel and life continues.

Lol.
Don't be deceived. There are some professions that can never be replaced by AI, and medicine is one of them. Even robotic surgeries and other form of care need constant human monitoring.

Not to even talk of the fact that it costs way more to set up and maintain a smart system than to just pay these doctors their very reasonable demands, most of which include providing a better working environment.

Yes, that's why they are called "Ad-hoc" they would be on contract. Besides, 200% raise at once as demanded by the doctors as well sounds like idan to me

Settle the differences instead of employing. When the strike is over, will you sack that ad-hoc?

useless sets of round holes in square pegs. u can share several millions of dollars to the House of Representatives during election and after election yet u cant meet ordinary demands of the doctors. just because u can afford to go abroad for treatments. if only Nigerians would realize that these criminals who parade themselves as politicians do not mean well for us. sadly the INEC is helping them achieve their selfish ambition even at the detriment of the wellbeing of the majority of the citizens. Pathetic!!!

AK481:

And if the doctor goes on strike ,dead body no go surplus.

I think the best thing is to hire qualified advocate doctors from private hospital so that death can be minimised as long as all file for patients are kept and properly documented .

You seem not to be aware of the state of things.
Private hospital doctors too are overwhelmed with work.

Doctors are not just any kinda people. If these guyz go on strike....there's nothing that can be minimized. The doctors in the system are too few.

The politicians don't care because they can afford private medical services or foreign hospitals

Let the striking doctors consider children who are not up to voting age please. They played no role bringing the disaster we have upon us today as Government.
