Ghana adds no value, it would be a waste of money unless he genuinely wants to visit. Thegamingorca: 1 Like |

Opeyemi007: It might seem a waste of money but by no means valueless. Travel to other countries apart from the five eyes and Europe in the past 10yrs is a question that on the VAF. You even go further to explain, what country it is, how long you stayed at cetera. In my opinion it's better to have atleast one positive travel history against that indicting travel rejection at the immigration border of Cyprus |

Good day. I want to apply for UK visitors visa. My Sister is inviting myself and mum for her MSc. graduation. She was only given 2 invites from her school. Now my issue is that I have a child of one year plus (1year 4 months). Does my own invite cover my baby? Will my baby get his own personal visa application? Thanks as I await your reply. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Thegamingorca(m): 10:28pm On May 20, 2023 |
hunee: shokpori how are you? Let me explain it to you in simple clear terms Well, He has suffered a Cyprus entry refusal and was deported despite being a student in a school of Cyprus. Whatever the reason that was given was not stated in writing by the Cyprian authorities and is therefore a blank check to be misinterpreted. If this were the only problem, God for send holy ghost come to find way touch ECO heart small But you see, The problem now is that he acquired that Cyprus entry refusal/deportation immediately after he had suffered 2 UK refusals. Maybe you think he needs to speak "Omo yoruba", instead of oyinbo English with the ECO in explaining himself further. But let me tell you now, that you see his Cyprus waka and his UK refusals are a huge red flag to surmount in his next application. The ECO can afford not to even look at his application and outrightly refuse him. Maybe it never clear for your eye shokpori that bornboi has what is called a bad travel that is glaring and so conspicuous for the whole world to see. this is something a mere unbacked explanation laced with desperation would not solve, wouldn't you agree shokpori? He will need to calm down, tour round every ECOWAS country atleast once before I will advice him to brave the gates of UKVI website. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by hunee: 10:44pm On May 20, 2023 |
You need not explain to me , explain to him. However, you made some valid points in the previous comments where you advised him to visit other places , i will agree on that because of his background with refusals as you have stated. In addition, while you are commenting and trying to give advise to those who ask questions, Please be courteous. Even as Nairaland is a faceless platform where alot of us do not have opportunities to meet each other, respond to questions in a respectful manner. Do not make jest of other people's predicament. hunee: Oh Shokpori I am sorry you feel that way, I have only merely responded to your asked question. Infact, I think I have only responded to you in the derogatory manner in which you asked the question. Atleast Now wey your eye don clear on what I was looking at in the case and you have agreed to be on the same page on the matter, I think we can go back to being civil or don't you think so shokpori? |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by hunee: 11:01pm On May 20, 2023 |
hahaha. sorry for who? I am just cautioning you, and if you feel it is ok to be throwing tantrums in the air in the name of responding to other people's questions, Kontinu. I hope you do not loose your relevance here in the process. Reason why people like giselle, tutu and some other persons are still being referenced is because of their charismatic feedbacks. You can continue your show of rascalism, we will see where it leads you. Thegamingorca: |

Soraco57: It should mean the places you've travelled to in the last 10 yrs. Note there is one question that asks you how many times you had travelled to UK, new Zealand, Canada, EEA, switzerland like that. Germany is a part of the EEA. 3 Likes |

Thanks, meaning I can put Germany there right? Though I live in another EU country quote author=Thegamingorca post=123265049] It should mean the places you've travelled to in the last 10 yrs. Note there is one question that asks you how many times you had travelled to UK, new Zealand, Canada, EEA, switzerland like that. Germany is a part of the EEA. [/quote] |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Thegamingorca(m): 11:38pm On May 20, 2023 |
Soraco57: The question actually asks you how many times you have entered either of them. But since you now say you live in another EU country, check if it's also an EEA nation and then put the number of times you have entered both countries provided you can prove it

Thegamingorca: No wahala brother but suffry suffry dey bash people for here while commenting, it is not easy to face visa rejections or refusals on several occasions needless to talk about them showing willingness to express themselves here. Alot of these people are frustrated and traumatised. We should show empathy in addressing issues as it relates to visa refusals. That's my point with you. Have a great weekend π |
