garfield1: they might be guilty which is ground for disqualification.. this is what apc should have done before now and get them out of contest, not now that its statue barred according to law..it will just be academic exercise lasan ni.... illegality should be challenged once its noticed not when its too late... 4 Likes 2 Shares |

NzogbuNzogbu:the question is where did INEC get the labour party list that was uploaded by INEC before the election. Nigeria is just a banana republic. I that was supposed to be neutral has now show us that they are APC 2. The worst thing that ever happened to this country is 2023 election. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

How did they fell foul of the law? They were not taken to court to prove they did not submit their membership list to INEC so are you relying on hearsay? Was LP represented in the case to provide their own evidence? How is it possible INEC accepted their list less than 30 days before primaries? If you're looking for excuse to exonerated Tinubu when his case is proven, you're on a long thing. garfield1: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Understandably. Labour party didnt have the money to conduct primaries in various states. Thats why LP leadership found it "easy" to switch names of the candidates. Hence many of their candidates were illegal candidates. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

Re: We Did Not Monitor Labour Party Congresses In South East - INEC by garfield1: 1:51am On May 21, 2023 |
DMerciful: Because the courts had long ruled that inec cannot stop parties from entering elections or disq parties.they can only issue neutral reports to courts that needs them.dont forget that they were several primaries of apc and PDP that were not monitored in aks, kebbi, edo but the supreme court legalized it 5 Likes 2 Shares |

ryloy: All Labor party to respond, leave INEC, so if they didn't monitor the congress why did they allow them into the election to run in the first place, they should have been disqualified before the election. Coming now to tell the world they didn't monitor the congress elections would not stand. 4 Likes 1 Share |

The case is status bared. The kind of issues rising up here and there shows one thing… it’s either the lawyers spearheading these cases lack competency or they are just scamming their clients! 3 Likes 2 Shares |

PeterObi4LP: You people are in for a shocker of your life. If there’s anything called statute barred, why is Obi and Atiku talking about Tinubu not qualified to contest? Is that not a pre-election issue? Any candidate can contest the eligibility of other candidates of opposing party at election tribunal. They have no right to do so at pre-election because they have no locus standi at that stage. But at the stage of inter-party election that is when they have a right ti challenge the eligibility of the other candidates, and that cannot be statute barred. 10 Likes 4 Shares |

LP is an agbero party, a party of hooligans who listen to nobody and obey no rules. An nzogbu nzogbu party of headless chicken. They don’t think and they don’t follow rules which is typical of the people from certain part of the country. They moved from PDP to LP and majority are from that part of the country. Virtually all their election victories will be nullified in courts. 9 Likes 4 Shares |

Una dey sabi quote LAW as if to say una dey obey the said LAW.. The law said this, the law said that... Yet, the APC as a party disobeys court orders and every laws of this great country.. Una go still be the 1st to dey remind people of what the law says yet y'all bend and break it when it turned to you. NzogbuNzogbu: 3 Likes |

He's going to turn a blind eye to this your issue based question.. That's what they all do.. Same INEC that called the whole stakeholders to a meeting and agreed on how she was going to run this election without excuses and was going to follow the guidelines in the electoral bill. Penguin2: Voice votes by who? It's only the approved delegates that are recognized by law to elect a candidate through such means and since you're now confirming to us that there was no delegates when Obi and other LP candidates emerged at their party primaries that means LP did not have any validly nominated candidate in this election. Then you said the charade that lead to Peter Obi's emergence as a party's candidate happened over a year ago and because of that it can't be challenged but you guys are in court asking for the courts to void Tinubu's candidate over what happened more than 30years ago , you want the APC nominations of shettima annuled because of double nomination as if it happened just yesterday and lastly I will advise you to revisit Zamfara APC case and see why the courts voided the party's candidates nominations 14 Likes 5 Shares |
