Penguin2: Voice affirmation by who? Spirits? Only a legally constituted delegate can affirm the candidate. Yes, the case is a pre-election matter that should have been raised immediately after the primary election last year. Same applies to all the qualification issues raised by Peter Obi against Tinubu and Shettima in his petition. If the tribunal can listen to all the pre- election issues raised by Peter Obi, they will also listen to all pre-election issues raised by others against all Labour Party candidates. They either dismiss all for lack of jurisdiction or sustain all. APC is simply digging pitfalls around all your tribunal cases and you guys just can’t see. 5 Likes |

NzogbuNzogbu:If indeed you're conversant with how the Labour party came into force you'll know that Peter Obi never passed through primary but by indirect imposition after porting from pdp to labour party. He was seen as the heavyweight to champion their party to victory. I hope my explanation is clear enough tho I'm a no supporter of any party just neutral 5 Likes 1 Share |

INEC cannot on its own reject LP submission. It is the opponent that can challenge it which is going on now. Where were you when for the same reason, APC lost everything 100% in Zamfara and Rivers in 2019? 1 Like |
Statute barred. Nothing will come out of this. Meanwhile INEC has shown that it is just a branch of APC. It responded to an inquiry from APC with a speed of light but the Presidential Election Petition Court ordered it since March to provide Labour Party with the documents they need to prosecute their case but they have blatantly continued to disobey that order. No wahala! Ogbeni, INEC didn't refuse nadah. It's Obi that refused to pay documents processing fee to INEC. Meanwhile, pdp and apc both paid to hv access to required documents. They wanted to blackmail INEC in court for access to these documents but, INEC was smarter than them by telling the Judges of the refusal of Obi to toe the path of laid down commission rules to obtain any documents which is" payment of certain amount knowing as processing fee" 1 Like |

ryloy: The most ineffective and corrupt institution in Nigeria, INEC has just cleared every doubt that it is just a department under the APC. E no go better for all INEC officials who have colluded with the APC to subvert the people's will. They will pay handsomely for this crime against the Nigerian people. They will cry on their last days and all the evil they did will chaperone them to hell. 1 Like 1 Share |

NzogbuNzogbu: No common sense. INEC did not monitor and yet the same INEC accepted and uploaded the lists presented for the elections. Without accepting and uploading the lists, how could the candidates have proceeded to election? Where is the illegality, with what INEC on it's own accepted and applied? 1 Like |
