I dont know why this election thing is overly emotional to some people especially the south easterner. This is beyond the hate for Tinubu or Buhari. This is something else.

I just checked the twitter page of ChannelsTV where this news was posted. And the first comment that appeared in the comment section says alot. Infact it mirrored the exact reason why the tribunal refused to grant the live coverage. Imagine someone threatening the lives of the judges and their family.

A random mad fellow who is very confident to threaten the family of the judges, publicly; can also harm or kill the witnesses who are going to testify.

Why are you displaying stupidity all in a bid to push an agenda. You are the third person to comment and you have pushed a narrative that the South easterners are emotional when it comes to this case. Try and be wise dude you are not making any sense really.

Justice Haruna, the courts should be an embodiment of transparency not a place of opacity and darkness.
The Ghanian presidential tribunal and Kenyan presidential tribunal all transmitted live proceedings.

What exactly are you guys trying to hide? Ghana-must-go bags under your desks? We shall see.

SensetionalGoal:
We all know why LP is advocating for live coverage so that mamood script will not repeat it self... We need transperancy in that judicial process thats all.
I just don't get it LP and Obi have a bunch of lawyers there who are experienced in these.matters and give updates on a daily basis. So what will live coverage achieve in terms of transparency. Are the audience going to start judging the judges with their limited knowledge of the law or legal proceedings.

Parachoko:
Revolution can't be successful in Nigeria

The past protest should have thought you that

The North was peaceful during the ENDSARS riot because their son is the President

Have you forgotten the protest that took place in the South West and North during Jonathan tenure but the South South and South East was peaceful?

During the Naira Scarcity when some people were protesting in the South South and South West, have you suddenly forgotten how peaceful the South East was with people there supporting the cashless policy because they felt it will help their son to become the president?

Do you think Westerners will partake in any protest to remove there son from power?

Asiwaju will rule Nigeria till 2031, accept reality and safe yourself from depression and HBP.

You are a big fat liar. There was no protest in south south. You guys are just evil, all in abid to push an agenda against the south east you would resort to lies. Even in the north with the exception of Kaduna where sponsored protest happened there was none in the north. Dude people like you deserve to be arrested by DSS and left to rot in their gulag
