WannaHowzit, Lionessza6, KingCold, Jaceblaze, and there are two others, but I forgot their monickers.

There's also another one that I know, but I won't mention her because it's like she doesn't want to be noticed here.

She even stated on her profile that she's a troll or something like that, so I wouldn't want her to come for me for mentioning her.. grin grin grin
Jahwinaboy:
Go ahead. Nice to have you guys here with us. One big happy family

And that should be what we would call goat stew, not soup.

Is it necessary for you guys to call any stew that has pepper pepper soup though? Why not just say goat stew?
We don't call every food that contains pepper pepper soup, this is what we regard as stew in Nigeria.

You should've seen that outrage when they were going to ban the eating of pomo.šŸ˜‚

The major difference is the absence of tomatoes, vegetable oil and the process of preparing it.

We don't use vegetable oil in soups, only red (palm oil) oil. Secondly, we don't add tomatoes in some of the soups because it would ruin the original taste.

The pictures below are okra and edikaikong soups.

2. Chicken feet. You guys know chicken feet.. grin grin grin

I will like to try SA food.
My Kenyan friend made chapati and corn meals sometimes.
To me, i see it as tuwo. Then corn and beans meal. Eat

Cooking habit is somehow like Hausa minus the soups. Vegetables oil or ground nut oil for their cooking. Not palm oil.

I used to think yam, cassava and palm oil are all over Africa.

The restaurant sales is a reflection of the preferred choice of Nigerians though? undecided

If you serve chicken head šŸ” and chicken intestine (asides Gizzard) to a visitor to your home, how would you think they'd feel?
If you're okay with it then I guess you're not Nigerian or you're from a minority tribe that I may not know of in my country. Because the Nigerians that I know of will not serve chicken head šŸ” or intestine to their guest (unless requested).

It depends on the way you cook and present chicken head and gizzard. A nicely made chicken gizzard with habanero, onions, spices, garlic, ginger etc kiss
