I think that most persons here agree with you in principle. Bosso's team is one of the most criticized on this platform (age-cheat inclusive). However, most just want us to focus on the positives of the game yesterday, it doesn't in anyway discount reservations about the ages of those players.

Perspective also matters, while a few of those players look very old (again we can only speculate since we didn't give birth to them and also do not have evidence to validate this), quite a significant number are u21 at the very least. TheSuperNerd listed a few of them who fall in this category. What that means is that in the average, these players will give at least 10yrs of active football of properly harnessed. This in itself is a WIN.

If 30% of this current team turn out to have sterling careers then it's something worth celebrating.

Yes, brother. Na just frustration dey worry me abeg. Why must it always be us with the overaged folks?

Anyways, we move.

France will be a perfect move for him. Iron out the kinks in his game but still giving him the platform to express himself. Even though there will still be pressure to perform it won't be like EPL that can swallow you up if you don't perform for 2 or 3 games in a row.

I can relate, trust me. I have just learnt to channel my focus to the positives.

This current set will feed the Super Eagles in a few areas and most especially in midfield, the department that desperately needs surgery.

I expect that Daniel daga to make the super eagles team in a not too distance time. We need a player that can screen the back four and dictate play from deep.

I agree. And even added to the midfield rebuild our dear Super Eagles need, we also need new CB legs.

Ogwuche is already in Europe in one of the scandinavian leagues so he is marketing himself very well indeed. An upgrade from Trelleborgs FF beckons should he keep this up.

Benjamin Frederick too is doing himself a solid. Should be out of the local scene in good time.

Yes. He did that especially that one time towards Jude Sunday in the early part of the second half.
Hopefully it's not a habit.

Yes that's exactly the time I was talking about. I mean i love the fact that he has character but u just don't do that to ur teammates especially at this level.

We had the chance to play Eberechi Eze years ago, he trained with the SE.

He had not completely blown then and l felt his inclusion was not justified AT THAT TIME.

However, within a season I noticed very impressive improvement and felt they needed to cap him asap but they did not. They invited the mediocre brothers the Nwakali instead.

After three years of waiting for Nigeria he decided he wasn't wanted and played for England U21.

The rest is history, Dude is now a baller and even Liverpool are looking at him.

My only problem with this U20 team is that they are grossly overage. For all we know, they could all be in their mid to late twenties i.e at their peak.

This means the boys have only two or three years max to perform optimally before nature takes its course and diminishing returns sets in.

For those celebrating that we have found fresh solutions to our SE problems, I would advise caution. It is not yet Uhuru. Those boys are not boys.
At most the oldest go see 2 afcon qualifiers play.

The youngest go wrap up before Mbappe retires

Daniel Daga, Victor Eletu, Benjamin Frederick, Tochukwu Nnadi are all definitely boys. Even Bameyi looks really young.

So your take is not entirely true.

Really young?

I know two personally sha. Then one in particular in that forward section used to train with my uncle in Lagos before he left. These things no suppose dey cause debate again anyway.

Well, the lad does look young. Maybe "really young" is a stretch for Bameyi but young it is. Just being honest.

Good News: Victor Eletu only suffered cramps. Will be fit for Brazil

A top official of the Flying Eagles has told SCORENigeria AC Milan starlet Victor Eletu is fit for Saturday’s showdown against Brazil as he only suffered cramps against Italy.

Midfielder Eletu, 18, was stretchered off in the 66th minute after what appeared to be a leg injury.

“The player only suffered cramps and it was decided not to take any chances on that,” the official informed SCORENigeria

A few questions ❓

Is the Nigerian society corrupt.

Is the Nigerian pice force corrupt
Is the EFCC corrupt
Is INEC corrupt
Is the Judiciary corrupt
Is NNPC corrupt.
Is NFF corrupt.

Tell me just one institution in Nigeria that is not endemically corrupt please. And don't mention church please, that's not exempt.

This is the REALITY and this is being REAL

You may wish to be living in a delusional bubble, that's your choice don't blame anybody for being real.

I answer Yes , yes yes to all the questions ... The police is corrupt, government is corrupt, NFF is corrupt, even the church is corrupt, everyone in Nigeria is corrupt.
Even you are corrupt....

So what exactly is your point?
What do you intend to achieve by (being real) telling the world and everyone on MARS that your country is the most corrupt and your compatriots have no intergrity?
To what end?
What do you people gain?

The coach said he’d field a number of team B players
I hope they can prove the coach wrong and change his mind on why they should be on the team A list

@Emboldened... These words of yours are closer to manifestation than you realise. They have been singing in my head since.

Soon, we would indeed witness a quality boom in our midfield options as we have with the attack.

We are guaranteed, runners up no matter what happens. Using head to head we have beaten Italy. Italy cannot finish above us no matter the outcome on Saturday.

if Brazil beat us they will finish above us and Italy that beat Brazil will be above Brazil So head to head won't work, it's goals difference that is going to be used

Keep crying. We do not need him. If Nwakali had the same priviledge of growing up in England, he won't even be at Crystal Palace at 25 years. Rest! He only has one Euro and one world cup if he is fortunate. Sancho, Sterling, Ferguson, Mount are breathing down on his neck. We wish him all the best. His inclusion in the Eagles won't make us win a world cup and we could win AFCON without him. Rest!
