Bola Tinubu at Eagle Spuare in Abuja yesterday that subsidy has been removed. Furthermore, most fuel stations that were selling, sold above pump price. I personally bought for #550 at Con oil, Airport road. Now this is the question: what is price of a litre of fuel in your state right now?

The situation is really getting out of hand my bro. Furthermore, with this increase of pump price, prices of commodities in the market are likely to skyrocket in the coming days. God help us.

I was a little bit lucky.

I went out sometimes last week to buy fuel for my generator and discovered that some filling stations were already closing the stations without selling. I knew it was because of the muted removal of subsidy when Tinubu takes office, and I quickly arranged for 50 litres.

I’m hoping to manage that until there’s a little bit of sense of direction about the whole subsidy stuff.

I don’t blame Tinubu for removing subsidy. Subsidy should have been gone since 2012. He just needs to provide a sense of direction right now as against everyone doing what they like which is what is happening now.

But almost all filling stations r shut at the moment...

U can't blame them, nnpc needs to announce a new price regime so the stations can work with that...

Making vague statement supporting the president's decision isn't enough,they should announce a new price so the uncertainty will be over..
