Imagine when your three months salary still can't cover your rent.
It's something.

His problem is right there before him. If he must live in a 1.3m apartment, he has to increase his earnings. If he can't increase his earnings, he has to look for a cheaper apartment. There's no other way out.

If you are on Bolt. Park the car and sit @ home today. Life transforming ideas won't hit you while sitting on the wheels.
Don't waste precious 488 fuel on evening rush traffic....

Lol, there are things you don't learn in telegram groups.

If you work for a multinational company, banks will run after you with loans.

Some of those loans are in 8 digits. Imagine the possibilities

Also, I've been privileged to see the salary schedule of several companies here in Ph and I can tell you a lot of people earn way way more than 400k.

That's why I was wondering where the arrogance was coming from
Hmmmmmm, well me will still prefer steady salary and be managing my resources small small than running around like headless chicken or moving traffic sorry moving Lagos up and down.
grin
I am not saying the job isn't good ooo, but when we compare the majority of drivers with most people earning even the 200k as salary the difference is clear.
I am telling that majority of those people earning 200k live better life than 90% of ehailing drivers, with 200k salary you a very big boy when compared to 90% of ehailing drivers.
Let me not go into details

If you have been paying attention and were comfortably grossing 30k daily on Indriver, your new daily target is 45k. You're basically doing same number of trips but re-strategize to 3k for 30 mins trips and 5-6k for 1hr trips. Anything less, rejecto.

Same time, same energy, same number of hours. This is for a 6 day work period Indriver... (Fuck_Bolt)

Weekly fuel 75000
Weekly commission 27000
Weekly gross - 270,000
Weekly net - 168,000

No time

If you have more energy good. But stick to this.

What you do with your net, your biz

There is no details bros... 200k salary in Nigeria of today? What are you saying na. someone earning 400k is just barely surviving. Anything less than what that man is spending on is living a Sapa life. Someone who is eating 2k a day cry
I agree his rent is higher than his income, but that may just be his reality, he may not have a choice.
And this is someone without a wife and kids.
The only odd thing he is spending on is 36k/week on fuel while working from home and car maintainance of 30k per month when he is working from home. But other things are what is expected for a normal person.
He isn't even giving his parents money monthly.

So when he now has children nko, added mouths to feed, cloths, school fees, drugs, happy hour; that's minimum 50k per child per month.

So which details do u want to tell us, that someone earning 200k is a big boy living large.

Telling you... that one nah necessity. 500h 700h if you no enter come, leave road. Here drivers are still picking nonsense
Reality hasn't dawn on alot of pilots yet, 1 week - 2weeks to come, they will know what it takes to run ehailing at N480 per litre on peanuts prices they are accepting.

May be drivers that are still accepting these rubbish are the ones that bought fuel before Jagaban remove subsidy

I hope Government do something about the impending inflation this fuel of a thing will bring about ....what's the essence of income, when expense that will swallow all is hovering around necessity, transactional and emergency needs... If you can afford japa abeg ...it's not easy here but it's better than what you have back home...dust that your Bsc or MSc certificate, if you are a tech person, their are tier 2 jobs here in the UK, you can key into, even anyone looking at care jobs...all you need to do is run up certification on Allison or Florence health apps ..Don't be too comfortable....if the subsidy reinvestment by the government fails due to corruption by the elites...it will cripple so many business, even the e-hailing company won't be able to stand the impact.... Above all, don't stop learning...

Lol, Bro I know you love ehailing die and will do anything within your power to defend it.
If someone earning 400k is struggling it means 90% of ehailing drivers are just ekeing out a living, that's a fact but I know you won't agree because of your Love for ehailing.

Now almost everyone agrees the Guy's problem isn't that his income is that bad, its just a case of mismanagement.

There are uncountable numbers of persons who fall in that bracket yet doing far better than him, even taking proper care of their families and additional expenses.

Everything is wisdom, I will ask you again how many of your ehailing drivers see 400k after expenses?
If they are, they will just be relatively few.
And how many of them afford such accomodations?
Why are most of them living after shangotedo, they always live around lakwe and beyond or ijegun, abule egba, ikorodu and the likes.
I no wan talk ooo

Bro I remember we have discussed this here before, and my opinion was that taking a trip on Indriver/Rida shouldn't be placed solely on time to complete the trip. The distance to be covered has to be factored in too. For me it's even the first thing I consider then duration (time).

Before 488, it has always been 5k at least for 1hr with maximum distance of 30km. Early morning, you can do Sangotedo to Airport in 1hr, that's a 55km+ trip. Would you jump on that for 6k even at 185/ltr? Not to talk of now at 488/ltr.

My average price for VI from Sangotedo is 4200 if road is free, with traffic it's from 6k. Right now until I work with the new pump price, I can't say this is the ideal price in order not to run at loss.

I just got 15k worth of fuel this evening, I'll work with that tomorrow and see how far.

My focus wasn't about the Guy Bro, you mentioned his case that's why I had to refer to him.

Bros you and I know the truth, most ehailing drivers with families responsibilites are merely surviving, I don't know if you're married and have kids sha.
I know it's easy for you but how many other drivers can? Go to their groups and see how they are lamenting and wailing up and down, it's only those in that telegram group that are doing well but according to one Bros here if you talk wetin dem no like they go remove you immediately
