All of us who enjoy the hospitality of Lagosians should take a cue from Aliko Dangote. He has invested a total of $22 billion in Lagos, where he also employs hundreds of thousands. Yet, he has never claimed that he built Lagos or that it is No Man's Land, neither has he ever undermined or interfered with the Government of Lagos's right to make laws fly the good of their states.

Some of the things some of us try in Lagos, we can't even try it in Kano, even in our dreams. In your home states, will your state government give scholarships to non-indigenous people? Yet, Lagos does. Lagos also heavily employs non-indigenes in her civil service. Perhaps we should not take the tolerance of Lagos people as a weakness.

......But the issue shouldn't be something we will be tussling with. I don't think anyone should even be against the idea since it is meant to protect the indigenes except someone with an ulterior motive.

Nobody is taking anything for granted here

But if you want to be good, be good and if you want to be wicked, be wicked.

Stop with all these stupid half measures that don't solve anything, that's what Ahmadu Bello did.

Igbos are not trouble makers in Lagos
Igbos pays Taxes for the Lagos development
Pay for lands
Pay everything to Lagos for building including thugs called omonile
Why the Much Hatred?
The offence of igbos in Lagos is choosing the Best candidate in Elections
If we're not interested in one Nigeria again
Why are they still holding MNK?

Reno come back to Nigeria. Buhari is no more the president. Stop looking for ways to make tinubu give you appointment. Lagosians can make any law they want nobody will stop them but at the end that law will never put money in their pockets so they will continue to sell and we will continue to buy. Simple.

Don't take the meekness and the easy going nature of the Igbos for granted or weakness too

Can you imagine what would have happened if they decide to take laws into their hands the way MC Oluomo and others did

If they do not have any right

Make this country divide nah, na by force

How many governors are truly from Lagos, if they were silence or killed, will they be here today

PASTOR Reno mockery, you are supposed to be a pastor for Christ sake abi na scam grin

Igbo's envy for Yoruba trippled after Dangote nested his 19 billion dollar oil refinery in Tinubu's Lagos. All investors are running to yorubaland as no serious investor wants to lose one working day to sit at home and ambush from IPOB terrorists. Yoruba must tighten their grip on Lagos, Igbo will have no choice but submit themselves to their landlords since south east is now a terrorist enclave that even Igbos are running away from.

Nobody said a word about Igbos. Why is it always Igbos that feel targeted? The law will protect indigenes strictly. My hubby is an indigene and they are all appalled by the disregard to them and their heritage. They are very concerned about their heritage which is gradually being insulted and eroded

First of all, there is the need to ensure that real Lagosians start becoming the governors of Lagos.

Since 1999, no true Lagosian has ever been elected the governor of Lagos state.

Lagos has to be run by true Lagosians.

All these people coming over from Iragbiji, and massacring real Lagosians at Lekki tollgate, while at the same time forming Lagos, will not work.

I believe it's time for real Lagosians to take over the governance of Lagos state. Legendhero I hope you agree with me on this.

Seun Kuti like every other Nigerian has a freedom of speech. Does that mean their speech would hold water or merit consideration?

So Seun Kuti is now your new history teacher. I usually don't get into old wives fables like this. However tell me why is Lagos geographically and proximately located in the Southwest of Nigeria or can it just jump out and attach itself to wherever you wish it could be? Who does it belong too? The Binis like you will wish? Does Port Hacourt and Victoria Island still belong to the British because they had a brief expedition of colonialism in Nigeria and they changed the system of government and disregarded the existing one. Does Nigeria still belong to them because we retained certain names and some systems?
Until about 50 years back there was nothing called Lagos State. Just like there was no Enugu state or Anambra state just the eastern region.

Let me make it clear to people like you that want to help people define their heritage. Lagos is the land of the Aworis, Ijebus, Ijaiyes, Ogu and others stop desecrating other people's heritage.
As for me, my heritage is of the Lord and I belong to Zion

Peace

Channel your epistle to Seun Kuti. I was only pointing out hypocritical reactions when a Yoruba says same stuff that Lagos doesn't belong to Yoruba. I am not admitting that Seun was right.
