Your PCV getting to 34% could take weeks to months or possibly won't improve until after your pregnancy.
As long as your baby continues to draw on a portion of your blood it will not be enough for you.

A pcv of 28% without being clinically pale, dizziness, having palpitations or any other signs of cardiac insufficiency or cardiac compromise is enough for you to carry to delivery. You don't need to fuss over your blood volume as long as it is above 24 in pregnancy

Pls help me out oo… my baby broke out with this very stubborn nappy rash all of a sudden ooo… normally her nappy rash is mild and once I use sudocreme it disappears before this next day. This one no clear me at all. Just happened suddenly between Wednesday morning till evening fa. It has sore red blisters. About 5 open shiny and reddish sore/blister around her bum/vulva. I’ve used sudocreme, Vaseline, epiderm and been giving her well kid multivit. The only meal I changed recently was nan ooo. From nan2 optipro to comfortis coz that’s what her dad found in the mall.

Pls what can I use? She doesn’t scratch nor act fussy except during diaper change. I’m considering visiting a paed tmrw bayi. Attached is a photo… (sensitive) she’ll be 10months in few days

Okay dear, thank God you pulled through. By this I can confirm you were only admitted for the hypovolemia (dizziness, shortness of breath, low BP) that you were experiencing at the time.

Since you had no blood transfusion it was not your PCV that was of primary concern. Thank you for your input.

Visit the paed,

Then avoid using the diapers at home. Let her run about bare bottoms at home. Keep applying sudocreme twice a day

Use pure and undiluted ori. It works,apply like every 2 hours and avoid diaper for now. It will be stressful because you'll mop the floor after every pee and poop but it will go

Please pay no mind to what that Ignoramus wrote to you, IUGR at 31 weeks is not a death sentence. Keep taking your routine drugs and rest more often to encourage blood flow to your Lo.

If you haven't already, register with a hospital with Ultrasound for close monitoring of your baby and good SCBU, incase the baby might need to come earlier but at this stage, your baby has a very good fighting chance.

Waooo , that's quite high oooo. I paid 280k for a private room in Ibadan . #250k for general room . Port Harcourt is quite pricey though .

General hospital normal delivery is 15k thereabout while cs is 30 to 35k.
