Hello DenzyTouch,

I think you are right and all your observations are very true. I'm thinking of reapplying this time with a sponsor. What do you think?

DenzyTouch:
So sorry you had to get a rejection.

From my research so far, I think your earning does not balance up with the amount in your account and to that effect, you will need to provide more information or evidence on how you've worked or done to earn that. If you sold properties, show them so the know you are transparent.

best wishes.

Did you get medical update before you were rejected ?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by sunkanmi2211: 3:16am On Jun 21, 2023
I applied the same the day 22may too
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Willie3040: 3:34am On Jun 21, 2023
No. I didn't get any medical update even up till now. Does that mean they didn't check the medical or something? Because I submitted an upfront medical report and I called IOM which they confirmed that the report has been sent since 1st of April.

Have you seen any response from them as regards your application result?

You need to explain your lump sum deposits very well and state why the funds are coming as lump sum. Once you have been able to explain this, you are good to go.

Thank you sir

Please for those who successfully moved with family to Canada, how were you able to secure an apartment prior to arrival? I am asking for my sister and her family, who will be heading to Peterborough Ontario for January 2024. They are currently in the UK.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi! Please what is GIC, what is it used for?

Hi! quote author=Bobomaigida post=123928649]

Firstly, you need to open a domiciliary account in Nigeria, this is the account you will pay in the USD that will be sent to the Bank in Canada to buy the GIC.

You can only use parallel market for it.

Buy USD, pay into your dom account, then do a transfer to the Bank in Cananda for the GIC. I know CIBC Bank does for people from Nigeria, so check their website for requirements to open the account/GIC

Note that, when you land in Canada, the funds will be given to you over a period of time.[/quote]

Good day from here

Plz can someone help me with a little verification, my visa got denied few weeks ago, after my agent, requested for a refund, which he stated that he make the payment wrongly, which he should have made on the portal but first ask me to make the payment with my prepaid card and sent him the receipt, in which he later claim the first one will not be useful and ask me to send another payment into his accounts for another payment before he can submit my documents to the ircc portal, in which I do, but to my surprise, i got the refund back on my account third weeks he requested for the refund and got a mail from the ircc third days after the refund was made that my application was denied due to my insufficient funds in my account.
My question now is did He paid for that second visa fee or it was that first one he used and scam me to collect another money from me?
Please my people I need help🙏
Here is the message he send to me on WhatsApp below 👇🏼
1. There is nothing like receipt in this new portal now. It just to paid and submit

2. And no one can submit documents without the prepaid card now

3. After submitting documents refund can not be requested.

4. Without visa fee, the ircc does not have access to your documents.

4. Uploading of payment receipt is not allowed again because your documents will not be submitted.

5. Payment is the last thing to be done before you can submit in Canada portal, and there’s no way you can submit if you don’t pay.

And note sir, scam or non scam, I submitted your documents and it its compulsory to insert the card holder details before submitting, which either me non you don’t know your brother card details that was first used for the first payment 👌👌👌

Cus I don’t know what to say again baba

Forward to anybody

Ayobamiaz:

Firstly You don’t let the IRCC know that you have a relative there so I will advise u to put 10k since is the minimum

Since her uncle is her sponsor and lives in Canada, she will definitely have to mention that he lives in Canada because she has to give more details about her sponsor.
However, she shouldn't add that she intends to stay with her aunty in Canada or even her uncle.
She should simply work out cost of living expenses the way every one does Here.

Don't answer that person. Find a gift deed format, edit it to yours and notarize it with 5k or 10k depending on where you are.

Thanks Zubi,
I actually met an agent with a track record (before I submitted my application), who told me she'll get me a sponsor. I really don't know how she'll do all the documentations but I have proofs and evidences of her track record. I decided to handle the application myself when I saw someone I know who did his own himself.

Right now, I'm thinking of meeting her to handle the reapplication. Hopefully, God can use her to be successful.

And you have about 72m in the POF
Bro you need to order for Gcms immediately so that it can come out on time then you can reapply again
God will do it
Don’t give up this is my second application too
I was refused the first application too.
Just make sure you explain every datails in ur POF
That means you were refused even before it’s gets to me medical review stage

Is it possible for someone on a study visa to dump studies cos he secured an LMIA job?

Note: School isn't PGWP eligible and he has no funds to start processing another admission ASAP. Intends to work with his LMIA employer, secure funds and return back to school.

With IRCC, truth is there is no norm in quote.

No two Applications are same.

For my brother, Biometrics to Medicals pass- 23days
Medicals pass to PPR - 20days

For my cousin,
Biometrics to Medical Request - 7days (even though we submitted E-Medicals slip upfront)
Medicals submission to Medical pass & PPR - 10days

For their friend,
Biometrics to Medical Pass & PPR - 10days

It's used by some applicants to prove that they have their funds intact. You can google it to get a more comprehensive writeup

@Cindy and others
clear me
is it eligibility review that comes first before medical review because I heard that eligibility review is the most tough part of the review.
