If she has POF in Canada, she does not need to wire it over to you. She can support your application with pay stubs of her earnings and bank statement. The money MUST not be in your account unless the money in her account is for her upkeep and schhol fees. If she has surplus, then she can show it in POF.

On a second tot, how many kids are travelling with you? You do not need so much after all. 23,000 CAD is sufficient for a family size of up to 5 (excluding you wife that is already there). Unless of course, you are still met to send her money for upkeep as per her SOP for SP.

Maybe you should try to call them or chat them online and see if they can give you some concession. I am aware they offer VIP services at a cost though. So you may want to check that out.

Please do u think time frame will affect the sowp application or i should wait till december when he applies for pgwp

In my view, I highly recommend waiting, considering the remaining validity of his Study Permit is less than 6 months. It would be best to be patient and wait until he applies for the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). However, you can still gather all the necessary documentation, including proof of funds (POF) from his end or both sides, in the meantime.
