Buhari will be cursing under his breath ...guessing travels to conferences abroad is the only thing he'll miss as an ex president. Grateful Nigeria finally overcame that colossal disaster of a president. 1 Like |

Yes, but he should focus on his primary job of fighting inflation. There is no other thing the government should be doing. We have just exited a regime best known for junketing around the world claiming to 'put Nigeria on the global map' but at the end the only maps we were represented in was that of borrowers in chief and poverty capital.... There is no leader in the world with the kind of challenges we face that will not have his primary focus here. The problems were created here in Nigeria and most of the solutions lie HERE in Nigeria. Inflation is the primary issue now and there is no point in looking for cold water to pour on a scalding hot iron, it will simply explode. Government has to take the more difficult challenge of reforming itself for Nigeria to survive. Weeks after reforming the rest of the country there is yet any move or sign the government is ready to be more accountable, more sacrificial and more efficient with the resources it has at its disposal. Thus more resources should not the primary quest. Nigerians should not be mistaken, subsidy removals and then investment is not the solution to all the problems afflicting this country. We want to see a smaller, leaner and meaner government, ready to use the scarce resources for the development of this country first. |

oikirodah: You are very good at fictional writing. Like I have told u before, we understand that it is hunger that is making you this creative. But since it is fiction you are writing and trying to force people to accept it as reality, kindly oblige me. You say that "Like the proverbial golden fish, his presence has garnered interest from world leaders, who seek to engage with him". Pls who are the world LEADERS that sought to engage him? How many of them exactly? "In Paris, President Tinubu held meetings with President Patrice Talon of Benin Republic and had a strategic discussion with Swiss Confederation President Alain Berset.' What was the content of the "strategic meeting" with the above mentioned names? "He also met with major national and continental stakeholders, including AfDB President Akinwumi Adesina, business mogul Tony Elumelu, and other world business leaders." After Tinubu was declared winner of the elections, he publicly went to visit tony in his home. Why is meeting tony elumelu now an achievement that translates into "strengthening Nigeria's global position"? AfDB president has always kept in touch with his base (Nigeria) since his appointment knowing the role Nigeria played in his appointment. How is Tinubu meeting him something that is so special? Let's see another portion of your fiction...."President Tinubu's exceptional abilities and leadership have attracted attention and recognition, positioning him as a sought-after figure in both national and international circles." Bro, what are those "exceptional abilities and leadership"? How have they "attention and recognition"? Where and when was he a "sought-after figure in both national and international circles"? 1 Like |

oikirodah: We didn't see him do that. We only saw him take pictures. Buhari did better. Normally leaders who are doing what you wrote are seen in talks and debates. We are always hearing this news from media Outlets. Performance by Newsworthiness doesn't work in the 21st century. Only for those who plan to run a propaganda-based network. |

Propaganda here and there. The reason some gullible citizens already saying Tinubu has done and achieved all Buhari could not achieve in his 8 years reign. Nonsense…just by traveling to paris he has engaged all ties Nigeria have with countries of the world and strengthened it already?? |
