Delta State was well developed by Chief Ibori while he was governor. The major present imfrastructure were made by him. Successive governments didn't really build and consolidate on his achievement. Even NDDC was the idea of Ibori and few south south governors of his time, while he was the arrow head. The facts are there Mr Hater.
