Is 670k flight fee reasonable?

You get it for 420k . Not that expensive as others suggest

If it shows draft. Don't go until you call customer care to book your date

Good evening.....send an email to IOM ABUJA or IOM LAGOS.

Depending on your location.

Attach an Int'lpassport and admission letter to the mail you are sending.

Tell them the date and time you would like to do the medicals.

The email of IOM ABUJA is: iomabujamedicalbooking@iom.int

The one of LAGOS is: iomlagosmedicalbooking@iom.int

Thanks a lot for your response 🙏🏾

Hello

If you have a study gap of more than 5years you need to submit evidence of your activities since your last degree, so you need to submit your work references.

If you don't you will get an NSF requesting for that evidence.

You have 2 references out of 3, that is okay compared to none.

2. CV is not compulsory so you could skip that if you choose too

I mentioned earlier that if you choose to submit your updated CV, send same to your Uni so the records are consistent

Up to you to decide to follow this or that of someone else

Cheers

Hi All and the moderator,

Please I need your help.

A family is planning to apply for a school in January and there seems to be a new law on dependants from January 2024. The said law is going to restrict student from bringing dependants.

My question is, will the law apply if they get the admission on time and apply for visa by November/December?

I want to believe the law will not be applied until January 2024 or is it for all admission to January 2024 session?

Please your prompt response will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Please house help!

I just got a conditional offer from Teesside University for September intake and I'm expected to pay a deposit of 5000pounds deadline 20th July,

Pre-Cas check, maintenance check, and results verification deadline 5th August

Issuing of CAS deadline 30th August

And school is starting 4th September

I'm totally confused if I'll be able to meet up.

Or should I just forfeit it?

You need to get unconditional offer, all depends on your school thou and the conditions outstanding also that being said,
It depends in your payment method. If you are using formA which is now abolished by International schools, you may have to consider other options next year, as I know if you are making it through transfermate or flywire using your credit card you can have a chance of being on sailing ship. Your school deadlines seems to be quiet far than anyone else on these platform as I have heard. Btw meet up with your school fees and ace your precas interview, upload your matured pof 28days should be counting by now I presume, and then get your cas to apply for your visa latest first week of August and it should be priority.

Please I am a bit more confused. Is the law based on calendar year or academic session?

Is the law applicable to a January student that is able to secure visa in December?

Lmfao, it is still a January batch session, so the new law applied to them. If you can't get September admission, for get it.

Ask yourself, will you start classes in September/October or January/February?

Try University of Salford
Work on delivering a solid CV and SOP, be able to convince them that despite your low CGPA, your have quality and relevant work experience that will make you stand out if given an offer for your chosen course.

Hiya,

I totally get what you’re going through.

Happened during mine. I paid for priority visa and I kept getting empty NSF mails.

I did a lot paid calls, wasted a lot of money. Trust me they will keep telling you that “no decision has been”.

My visa eventually came out after almost 2 weeks as opposed to just a couple of days.

All you can do is pray and try to keep calm( I know this impossible lol ) just try.

Cheers

Thanks really appreciate your response

Please, quit the notion of making enough to support yourself and pay tuition fees. You won’t have the luxury of time to work except if you don’t want to follow the rules of 20hrs/week during term time.

For the placement, I’m not sure if you’re going to be paid during placement but you could do your 20hrs. I’m not a nurse nor Salford student but I know someone studying nursing there.

All the best!
Good response. To work 20hrs/wk without dependants that will support you in paying that £15k school fees some people are carrying to enter 🇬🇧 is impossible.
Except one breaks the 20hrs rules. That's just the truth. Except one has another means of sorting out the fees.

You mean without dependant, 20hrs a week work, will be enough to pay bills ad 15k Tuition?

Please help diagnose this.

I got offer from Salford around March, I did my TB test around April 5th with the intention of processing my CAS but unfortunately my TB certificate was delayed for almost ten weeks because I was told to undergo sputum test. While waiting for sputum result, Salford withdrew my admission because I didn't pay the required deposit to secured my place. I subsequently applied into Ulster University which I was given offer.

Now, I am preparing to get my CAS from Ulster because I have gotten my TB certificate after my sputum test result indicate Negative.

My complain now is that my TB certificate has Salford University address which Ulster has already clarity that it's not a problem, but my wife is about doing her TB test.

Should she use the same Salford address as mine or use Ulster?

If she uses Ulster University address as my dependant which is different from mine, hope UKVI won't see this as a fault?

Thanks

You can change the address on your TB certificate at IOM for a little less than 10,000 Naira

Don't stress it as the address doesn't matte. The result matter the most.
