The embassy believe your additional documents is fake.
No proof of home ties.

By implication, they think your purpose of going to Estonia is not to study.
I wish all you applicants success.

As an advice, please do not sell/give up your means of livelihood (job, business, apartment) in Nigeria until you receive your Estonian visa. The possibility of a rejection is high. Last year, the Estonian embassy in Cairo, Egypt, rejected about two-thirds of all Schengen visa applications.

Even if you get a visa to study in Estonia, again the possibility of staying after your studies is low. Now you need an employer who is willing to sponsor your residence permit (PhD students excluded). Many employers are not willing to do this. And your stay (residence permit) is usually tied to that job. Only after 3 years of working can you qualify for the residence permit which does not require employer sponsorship (if the law does not change again).

If you would like to stay in Estonia after your studies, I will advice you to start learning Estonian language as soon as you arrive.

And finally, if you get a chance to study in Estonia, make sure to graduate within the nominal duration of your program (on time).

Omho men this is scary o and to even get the visa is very difficult

Hi Tenza, if I'm a Sierra leonian living in Nigeria and wanting to Japa for better life and opportunities, what advices will you give me? Like do Sierra Leoneans have better options than Nigerians do?

Omho the sierra leonean passport is as useless as the Nigerian one o. I think I answered you yesterday. You should do further research and make your move before the doors close.

I have a conditional offer from Valga County Vocational Training Centre.
It is free tuition but conditioned to getting an Estonian visa till February 2024 or visa application before final decision can be made.
Going to Cairo is a huge problem for me.
Any ways to assist please?

You have to send an email to book. There's an email for booking if you check the website

How do I go about the proof of home ties and what additional documents will I provide? I contacted the school and I was advised to submit a new application and not appeal coz most appeal don’t work out. I contacted the embassy for next available date and I was told August 29 so I have more than enough time to prepare my documents and make research. Please if anyone got their visa of recent kindly state the documents you provided maybe it’ll be of help to me. Thanks in advance
