As long as there's no direct distributor of Toyota lubricants in Lagos, there will be more fake products than the original.

Toyota has a lot of dealers in Nigeria, Elizabeth, briscoe, Metropolitan n Co. I don't know why they don't sell Toyota lubricants, @ least their service centre should help in that aspect.

So indrive charges commission when a rider cancels! This is nonsense.
I had positive 800 balance this morning, before work. Worked for a while, made #7700.....the commission entered negative #1500. I never cancelled any accepted request. Rider cancelled.

With 7700, I should have a balance of positive #30. I have negative #1500

Before When a rider cancels after you have established phone contact or gotten to pick up, they will add the charged commission to the REFUND tab but now they just charge you and expect that you let it go.

I always send a mail to them, and they will refund me, I got charged for a 7500 and 4000 ride recently that the passengers canceled. I made sure to get my money back.

You need to update your G-map. You will notice the movement behind your arrow is still there. That shows that the map was picking the time you already spent and has not been cancelled.
I experienced it last, it corrected itself before I closed.
Much respect, boss.

@the bold - NO.
The money will be added to your refund purse.
The only case they will remove your money if a rider cancels after you had already clicked arrive is when you don't wait for 5mins at the pick up point, then cancel it yourself as customer didn't show.
If you cancel with I don't want to take this order, they will remove your money. Reason is cos you already called the person before you get to the pick up point, or you already clicked I've arrived.
Sometimes, when you clicked arrive and customer cancel afterwards, it will notify you that customer had cancelled and it is added to your refund eallet.
Other times, when you already click arrive and customer cancelled after that, it will not notify you if you had already called the passenger before getting to the PU point, you will have to wait for 5mins, then cancel with Passenger didn't show.
The best way to sort this is, any passenger that picked you, don't call the person immediately, just send them a message that you're on your way. Once you get to the PU point, click I've arrived, then place a call.
If they cancel at the moment, your money will go to your refund wallet.
Phew! Indrive is very complicated in that aspect.
Much respect, boss.

Do you guys use AC for passengers when driving amidst the fuel hike?
I don't understand.

If you don't value a passenger enough to use AC, don't you value yourself enough to use the AC for yourself? shocked

Why would you be sweating in a car with a working AC when you're making money? grin grin

recurring scenes on ehailing
driver: accepts trip
rider: (calls) where are you? please follow your map I'm waiting
driver: I'm 6 mins away
rider: (calls after 3 mins) are you here yet? please hurry
driver: I'm entering your street now
rider: ok
driver: I've arrived
rider:ok I'm coming out
then takes 10mins to come out undecided undecided

This is thievery! It is "stealing by trick"
You should never charge for such. I didn't even move an inch. I was trying to call before they(riders) cancelled(2 requests). So why should I be charged?
I've been seeing funny charges like this but I just ignore. This time, I was too sure of it and I was disappointed with the RayaM lady(Rayan by name) that attended to me when I reported the issue. It was like she was high or something! At first she was saying jargons and I tried so well to explain the scenario bit by bit. It is sickening mhen!

Yes, the Rayan lady eventually told me after much chats. If I hadn't chatted, they would have collected that money, just like that. This is bad for their platform. They are stealing from drivers. When I use to use uber and bolt, I don't think they ever cheated me of commission! I just left them because of their high Commission

All this one na big big grammar o. Just follow the rules Mr much respect Glithronix has outlined the SOP for u extensively. Never call Rider from the App until u have arrived, only chart them that u are on your way, if they call u then perfect, u now have their number. Ones u press that phone icon, to call Rider, d commission will be deducted. Only to be refunded if
1. u arrive and wait 5mins then cancel with "Rider didn't show"
2. Rider cancels on you and d App takes u back to d order screen.

Attention Bolt Drivers

The "🖐🏽" button is the pause button and it is the replacement for the old ‘Stop New Request’ button. Using the "🖐🏽" button, you can now take a break right from the screen itself instead of clicking 2-3 buttons on the menu at the bottom of the screen.

Please note the following:

The pause button "🖐🏽" is now moved to Top Left on your screen
You need to update your app to the latest version to be able to see pause button
Trips need to be on the "driving with client" state before "🖐🏽" will show
Pause button stops all kinds of requests (both back to back and new) and puts you offline after the current trip.
