I ain't surprised, if a whole region can support a forgery result then they can claim anything in the world. One Dindundi even told me not to count Lagos as the SW state I just had to ignore the Mmmnuri-induced thing and laughed it off. grin

But you supported Kemi Adeosun who forged her NYSC certificate? You also supported a drug lord whose entire existence is fraudulent and forged?

What's the colour of your hypocrisy?

No I don’t know. That’s because I don’t take knowledge from mad men.

Yes Ogun is a wasteland, infact you can call it anything. But it dosen’t stop the fact that Lagos and Ogun are part of SW.

No be me tell you Iyanmili ancestors to inherit erosion ravaged region when everybody dey choose destiny.

What’s the difference between Kano 3 states and Enugu 5 states?

Infact from the data up there, the NW generate more electricity revenue than the SE.

It seems the SE are the actual parasite.

—Kano + Kaduna Disco = NW (22.6bn)
—Enugu = All SE (18.9bn)

You have stated you chest beating again...

The funniest thing is that when others start, you will call them victim mentality...

Then if you are being peppered continuously beyond recognition, then NL will hide the thread... cheesy

Otherwise you would have known that after every indigene in every state the next group are the Igbos...and they contribute greatly to the power usage in those states.

You r people contribute next to nothing in every other zones.

Does the bolded has a stats beyond Nairaland gossips?

Isn't industries easily identifiable again?

I can list so many big industries operating in Aba off hand. PZ, Unilever, Glass force, Flour mills, pharmaceutical companies etc etc.

I know ibadan very well too, aside P&G, biscuit companies, and some others what else is there?

Go and ask Shell why they built a dedicated gas pipeline to Aba. Also ask Geometric why they built Nigeria's biggest private power plant in Aba.

Travel around and be exposed they say no.

No, the person I responded to started first.

He was the one that initially brought the NW into the picture before I responded.

My people do not need to go to other zone to contribute. It’s either we stay and contribute to Yorubaland or travel abroad for greener pasture.

Who brag about being economic refugees in other states?

Port Harcourt disco is low because so many places in Rivers and Bayelsa especially are off the grid. For example Bonny, Omoku, Brass etc are off the grid. They don't use PHED.

Also based on population, PHED serves the least number of persons as compared to other Discos. As for industrial use, only Rivers has a meaningful industrial need for electricity, same can't be said for Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom and Cross River

When you say Bayelsa is richer. Do you mean as a state coz of FAAC or you mean the people that live in Bayelsa?

As per Cross River, landmass is not the prerequisite for electricity. If so, then Borno would have had the highest allocation.

Cross river is a border state ,coastal state with a major sea port, international Airport, major tourist hub, major Agricultural hub(Obasanjo has a farm there), former capital of Nigeria etc

Bayelsa has its Airport, ekiti has non , the both have same population statistics, it is an oil and gas hub , it is a coastal state, ekiti is non. It is also a niger delta core state

Answer the question bro and don’t write novel. So state that have airport are richer? I don’t understand you.

When you say Bayelsa is richer, what do you mean?

—Do you mean the state is richer because of FAAC?
—Or you mean the people in Bayelsa are richer than people in Ekiti?

We can use statistics to judge both states looking at economic indices of the inhabitants.

This is not about generation, rather revenue made from consumption.

If you compare the 2 discos you'll find out that only Rivers has high electricity consumption from PHED, as compared to the BEDC where you have both Delta and Edo.

Also there are areas in Rivers and Bayelsa where LGAs are completely off the grid, eg Bonny & Brass. Also towns like Omoku, Akinima, etc are off the grid.

Lol, imagine mushroom 2by2 family business this guy is listing here. What is palm kernel and cashew backyard business doing in your list?

Adaobi Plastics is among the foremost plastic companies in Nigeria. Almost at the level with Geepee.

You're even listing paint companies? Lol, I can bet you there is no single paint company in Ibadan that is close to Saclux in terms of prestige, size or revenue yet I didn't even add it to Aba.

You're just a joke. If I start adding shoe and cloth manufacturing companies in Aba nko?

Ibadan is not Aba mate in terms of industrialization. Know that fact and have peace!

This data can be better Interpreted when we see the amount of mega watts of electricity allocated to each zone and then compare it with how much they made.

For example if Enugu distribution company got 272MB and Ibadan distribution company got 500MB, you wouldn't expect amount generated to be similar.
My people stay in Enugu, and we hardly get light.
We use prepaid, so if they gave us more light, we will burn our units faster and buy more units, enabling Enugu distribution company to generate more money, but this doesn't happen.
SE hardly get electricity, we depend alot on generators.
