Is her womb in the right position (anteverted or retroverted)? Is she ovulating constantly? Does she have an irregular/regular menstrual cycle? Are her eggs viable for fertilization? Are her fallopian tubes open? Since the evacuation, has she done an HSG test to rule out the possibility of having a scarred tube? If no, she may need to flush her tubes after confirmed adhesion tests by the way. Or perhaps, scarring/adhesion may have affected her womb during the evacuation?

Has she done a general fertility test all over together with her husband to rule out every cause of unexplained infertility? What if her husband is the problem? Azoospermia, maybe?
